The Director of Human Resources leads the firm’s HR strategy and operations for attorneys and business professionals across five offices. This role oversees employee relations, talent management, performance management, recruiting, compensation and benefits administration, and professional development initiatives. The Director partners closely with firm leadership to foster a collaborative, high-performing workplace grounded in professionalism, accountability, inclusion, and respect.



The Director can sit in either Oakland or Los Angeles

Qualificatio

  • nsCandidates must currently be employed at a Law Fir
  • m.Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferr
  • edProfessional certifications such as SHRM, HRCI, CLM, CEBS, or similar credentials preferr
  • ed8–10 years of progressive HR leadership or employment law experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environme
  • ntStrong experience in employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and organizational leadersh
  • ipExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility across all levels of the organizati
  • onExceptional written and verbal communication skil
