As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Director of Growth to lead our marketing, business development, referral development, admissions growth, and market expansion initiatives.

This role is ideal for a healthcare growth leader who has successfully increased census, admissions, referrals, and revenue in Home Health, Hospice, Assisted Living, Senior Care, Post-Acute Care, or Healthcare Services.


Position Summary

The Director of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy designed to increase admissions, census, referral partnerships, brand awareness, and revenue across all service lines.

This leader will oversee marketing, community outreach, referral development, business development, and admissions growth while working closely with operational leaders to ensure sustainable expansion.

The successful candidate will build and lead a high-performing growth team focused on achieving aggressive growth targets.


Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly growth plans
  • Establish growth goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Drive census growth across Home Health, Hospice, PDN, PAS, and Assisted Living
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion initiatives
  • Present monthly growth reports to executive leadership


Business Development & Referral Growth
  • Develop and strengthen referral relationships
  • Build strategic partnerships with:
  • Hospitals
  • Physicians
  • Skilled Nursing Facilities
  • Rehabilitation Centers
  • Assisted Living Communities
  • Case Managers
  • Social Workers
  • Community Organizations
  • Create referral growth plans for each service line
  • Oversee community outreach programs and networking initiatives
  • Lead physician and referral partner engagement strategies 


Marketing Leadership
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives
  • Manage website optimization and lead generation
  • Drive SEO and local search strategies
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns
  • Manage social media, content marketing, and reputation management
  • Ensure consistent branding across all locations and service lines
Admissions & Conversion Management
  • Monitor lead generation and conversion performance
  • Improve inquiry-to-admission conversion rates
  • Collaborate with admissions teams to streamline intake processes
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all inquiries and referrals
Team Development
  • Recruit, coach, and manage:
  • Community Liaisons
  • Business Development Representatives
  • Marketing Specialists
  • Admissions Coordinators
  • Create accountability through scorecards and performance metrics
  • Foster a culture of growth, innovation, and results
Required QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of healthcare business development, sales, or growth leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success growing admissions, census, and revenue
  • Experience in one or more of the following:
  • Home Health
  • Hospice
  • Assisted Living
  • Senior Living
  • Post-Acute Care
  • Healthcare Services
Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong healthcare referral development experience
  • Proven ability to build strategic partnerships
  • Digital marketing and lead generation knowledge
  • CRM and sales pipeline management experience
  • Data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Multi-site healthcare growth experience
  • Experience managing marketing and business development teams
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and healthcare reimbursement models
  • Experience scaling organizations through rapid growth phases
