Our client, a private notable company, is seeking a Director of Executive Operations. This is a highly strategic, operational leadership role at the center of the CEO’s office. This individual will serve as the architect and operator behind executive effectiveness: translating priorities into action, building scalable systems, and ensuring the CEO’s time, energy, and focus are optimized at the highest level. This role will act as a trusted partner to the CEO while leading the function that powers the executive office balancing big-picture thinking with meticulous execution.


Responsibilities:

Executive Office Leadership

  • Own and lead the operations of the CEO’s office, ensuring alignment across priorities, communications, and scheduling
  • Manage and mentor Executive & Personal Assistants, setting a high bar for performance and execution
  • Establish and refine systems, processes, and standards for a best-in-class executive function

Strategic Execution

  • Partner closely with the CEO to translate priorities into actionable plans and ensure follow-through
  • Drive cross-functional alignment in partnership with the Chief of Staff and executive leadership
  • Oversee and execute high-impact, often ambiguous projects on behalf of the CEO

Calendar, Communications & Flow

  • Design and manage calendar strategy to optimize time across internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare briefings, agendas, and action plans for meetings and engagements
  • Serve as a key liaison across executives, stakeholders, and external partners

Operations & Optimization

  • Oversee executive travel, events, and high-profile engagements
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve workflows
  • Ensure the CEO’s office operates with precision, discretion, and consistency

Personal & Estate Oversight

  • Support oversight of personal and estate-related operations as needed
  • Handle sensitive matters with the highest level of confidentiality and judgment

Requirements:

  • 12–15+ years supporting CEOs, founders, or principals in high-trust environments
  • Proven leader of executive assistants or administrative teams
  • Experienced operator in fast-paced, high-growth or entrepreneurial settings
  • Strong project manager with the ability to drive multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and operationally rigorous
  • Exceptional communicator with sound judgment and discretion
  • Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Microsoft Office; Slack/Asana a plus)
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Location:

Fully onsite 5 days a week in Miami, FL. 24/7 mentality.


Compensation:

Up to $220k DOE + great benefits package.
