Director - Healthcare Construction
We are looking for someone who truly understands healthcare construction and has spent years building trusted relationships with major healthcare systems. This opportunity is with a respected commercial General Contractor that continues to grow its healthcare work across the region and is ready to bring in a senior leader to help guide that effort.
This role is for someone who naturally becomes the person clients call when a new hospital project, medical campus, or major healthcare improvement is being discussed. If you have spent years working closely with healthcare leadership teams and understand what it takes to deliver these projects successfully, this could be a meaningful next step.
Preferred Background
• Extensive experience delivering healthcare construction projects
• 10+ years experience working with reputable commercial General Contractors
• Leadership experience supporting project teams and guiding healthcare initiatives
• A reputation for building long-term client relationships
Our healthcare work spans across the South Bay and Silicon Valley, including San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Palo Alto, and Mountain View, along with other nearby communities where many of the region’s healthcare providers continue to expand and improve their facilities.
