Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Compliance based in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Director of Compliance will oversee and manage the agency’s compliance program, ensuring adherence to CMS regulatory and legal standards. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance frameworks, assessing and mitigating risks, developing compliance policies, conducting audits, and providing staff training. The Director will also collaborate with internal teams to address compliance concerns and maintain regulatory excellence, aligned with company objectives.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Legal Compliance
  • Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess risks and implement effective compliance solutions
  • Background and experience required in Medicare Advantage and ACA insurance to oversee this department
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant regulatory laws and frameworks
  • Advanced leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area
  • Relevant certifications in compliance or legal fields, such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred
