As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a high-level relationship builder and strategic thinker to join our leadership team as Director of Business Development.
This is not a traditional recruiting role.
This individual will play a critical role in the future growth of Cornerstone Planning Group by identifying, attracting, and developing relationships with financial advisors who align with our vision, culture, and long-term mission. The ideal candidate is highly organized, emotionally intelligent, process-oriented, and exceptional at communication.
For candidates who are passionate about coaching, mentoring, and helping financial advisors grow professionally, this role also presents a unique opportunity to contribute to advisor development and long-term firm leadership.
