The Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for defining and executing the company’s AI strategy, while building and scaling a high-performing AI engineering and applied research function.


You will operate at the intersection of engineering, data science, and product, driving the adoption of advanced AI (including Generative AI) across core products and internal capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a company-wide AI strategy aligned with business growth
  • Build and lead global AI engineering and applied AI research teams
  • Develop scalable AI infrastructure, platforms, and governance frameworks
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to embed AI into core offerings
  • Lead adoption of cutting-edge AI/ML technologies to maintain competitive advantage


Your Experience

  • Proven leadership experience in AI, ML, or data engineering within a scale-up or SaaS environment
  • Strong background in machine learning and data science, with experience delivering AI solutions at scale
  • Experience building and deploying Generative AI / LLM-based applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Track record of hiring, leading, and scaling high-performing technical teams
  • Strong understanding of AI infrastructure, MLOps, and production systems
  • Experience in SaaS products; exposure to identity, fraud, or risk systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
