Director Non-Invasive Cardiology | St. Cloud Hospital

Bring your talent, grow your influence, and help lead work that changes lives as the Director Non-Invasive Cardiology at the St. Cloud Hospital!  The director will be responsible and accountable for the management and operations of the Echo, Nuclear Medicine, Stress Testing, EKG, Cardiac Registry/Data Management, Cardiac Rehab and Clinical Research areas of CentraCare Heart & Vascular Center. 

This role will manage the mobile outreach program for nuclear medicine and Echo and be responsible for the integration and coordination of services with medical staff and other hospital services and outreach locations. The position will create and implement policies and procedures and ensure regulatory requirements are met. The Director will provide collaborative leadership, coordination, direction and development of teams and programs and be responsible for the retention and development of qualified staff while enhancing communication and feedback throughout the department. 

This role will pursue and obtain contracts for mobile diagnostic services in the central Minnesota area and promote an environment conducive to positive and collaborative relationships with all internal and external customers. 

Schedule:

• Full-time | 80 hours every 2 weeks
• Monday-Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Onsite position | St. Cloud Hospital

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting pay begins at $119,433.60 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
• Salary range:   $119,433.60 - $179,129.60 per year
• Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate.
• Full time benefits eligible
• Retirement with matching, up to 7.5%

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field required. 
  • Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressively more responsible clinical management experience.
• Demonstrated management skills including leadership, problem solving, communication, organization and goal setting essential.
