In this pivotal role, you will be the heartbeat of student support, bridging the gap between academic rigor and student success. You will manage the student experience from the inside while serving as an outward-facing ambassador for our programs.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead with Impact: Oversee the delivery of comprehensive support services for both undergraduate and graduate business students.
· Supervise & Mentor: Directly supervise and guide two Graduate Assistants, fostering their professional development and ensuring efficient office operations.
· Promote the College: Represent the CBGA at various regional events and recruitment fairs. This role includes occasional travel throughout the state to promote our programs and engage with prospective Skyhawks.
· Advocate for Success: Serve as a primary point of contact for student issues, resolving challenges with patience, flexibility, and a focus on retention.
· Innovate & Collaborate: Work closely with faculty and administration to implement new ideas and constructive suggestions that improve the student journey.
