About the Role
Loyola Medicine is seeking an experienced and relationship‑driven Director of Major Gifts (Hybrid role) to join our Philanthropy team. This role manages a portfolio of high‑capacity donors and prospects with giving potential in the $100,000–$500,000 range and plays a key role in advancing Loyola University Health System’s philanthropic priorities. Working collaboratively across clinical departments, physicians, faculty, and development colleagues, the Director of Major Gifts builds meaningful donor relationships that result in transformational support and helps foster a strong culture of philanthropy internally and externally. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a leading academic health system while partnering with passionate clinicians, leaders, and donors.

Pay range: $96,782- $159,702 Annualized
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
Annual Bonus: Eligible for incentive compensation annual target as outlined in Plan Document.
