Position Summary
The Director, Digital Product Management (band 9) is responsible for the strategic direction, development, and lifecycle management of digital products supporting global Medical Writing. Products include Voice of Customer, technical programs, strategy, planning, product definition and/or financial returns. This role drives product vision, roadmap execution, and global market success by aligning customer needs, business strategy, and technical capabilities.

The annual salary range estimated for this position is $185,000- $215,000 USD. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $160,000.00–$240,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
