The Director of Digital Marketing & Off-Premise will lead the strategy, management, and execution of all owned digital platforms (website, app, ecommerce, email, loyalty, and CRM), aligned with the overarching brand marketing strategy. This role is responsible for driving growth across acquisition, frequency, and sales through integrated campaigns, programs, and platform optimization across owned and paid channels.
This position also plays a key role in advancing menu innovation across digital and Off-Premise channels, partnering cross-functionally to support menu strategy, concept development, and launch execution. The Director will leverage consumer insights, trend analysis, and performance data to inform recommendations for core menu evolution, seasonal offerings, and LTOs, while ensuring effective digital merchandising and successful product launches.
The role leads strategy and growth for the Off-Premise business, including online ordering, delivery (DoorDash, UberEats, etc.), and catering (ezCater, etc.), with a focus on optimizing the digital menu experience to drive conversion and sales. Additionally, this position is responsible for analyzing digital and menu performance, identifying growth opportunities, and translating insights into actionable strategies. Strong project management is required to support innovation initiatives, testing, and launch execution. Finally, the Director owns execution of marketing programs across all digital channels—including partnerships and promotional programs—and is accountable for achieving financial and growth targets.
