The Role

We’re hiring a Director to lead a portfolio of clients focused on growth. This is not a maintenance role — it’s a performance role.


You will own the strategy and outcomes across our client base. That means connecting business goals to demand generation strategy, ensuring execution is tight, and pushing for continuous improvement.


You will report into the Head of Agency and work cross-functionally with media, digital, content, creative, and operations to deliver measurable results.


What You’ll Do

  • Act as the senior strategic lead for a portfolio of financial services clients
  • Build and own end-to-end demand generation strategies
  • Translate business objectives into clear, executable plans
  • Oversee execution across paid media, content, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization
  • Lead client communication — from weekly updates to high-level strategic conversations
  • Use performance data to drive decisions, optimize campaigns, and communicate impact
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts and deepen partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure work is aligned, on time, and high quality


What You Bring

  • Financial services marketing experience — you understand the landscape, buyer journey, and constraints
  • Deep expertise in demand generation across channels
  • Ability to move fluidly between strategy and hands-on execution
  • Strong client presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset — you know how to turn data into action
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (automation, reporting, lifecycle management)
  • Experience managing or influencing cross-functional teams
