I. Job Summary
Waste Management is actively seeking a Director of Collaboration, Workplace & PAAS who will play a pivotal role in overseeing our collaboration and application initiatives. This visionary leader will be responsible for shaping and driving the overall strategy and day-to-day operations required to deliver robust, high-performing, scalable, and secure collaborative services that are tightly aligned with the evolving goals and needs of our business.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Collaboration, Workplace & PAAS, aligning with Waste Management's long-term goals and ensuring seamless integration with other technology and business initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to understand their needs and ensure that Collaboration, Workplace & PAAS support their requirements.

A. Demonstrated Performance
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
B. Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, Finance or similar area of study or, in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience
Experience: Eight (8) years of prior work experience (in addition to education requirement) within Information Technology
C. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
