📍 San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid)

I’m partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing biotech focused on next-generation biologics to appoint a Director of Clinical Pharmacology.

This is a high-impact role sitting at the heart of clinical development, working across a diverse and cutting-edge pipeline including ADCs, bispecifics and multispecific antibodies in oncology, immunology and beyond.

🔬 The Opportunity:

You will play a key role in shaping clinical strategy through the design and execution of clinical pharmacology studies, influencing decision-making from early development through to late-stage and regulatory submission.

This is a highly visible position with strong cross-functional exposure across clinical, translational, regulatory and biometrics teams.

💡 Key Focus Areas:

• Lead PK/PD strategy, dose selection and exposure-response analysis
• Design and oversee clinical pharmacology studies across Phases 1–
• Apply modeling & simulation to inform development decisions
• Contribute to global regulatory strategy (IND, NDA, BLA)
• Partner closely with clinical development and translational teams

🧬 What They’re Looking For:

• PhD, MD or PharmD with strong clinical pharmacology expertise
• Proven experience across early and late-stage development
• Deep understanding of biologics (antibodies, complex modalities)
• Strong PK/PD and modeling & simulation capabilities
• Ability to operate strategically and influence cross-functional teams
