How you'll make an impact in this role

• Leadstrategic business operations to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, cost-effective services across the organization.
• Designand champion strategic growth opportunities across key markets, driving an increase in volume and revenue while improving the ministry's strategic market position.
• Cultivateand sustain key partnerships with physicians, businesses, and community leaders to expand the organization's vital network and affiliations.
• Manageand develop staff, overseeing critical functions like performance, engagement, conflict resolution, and essential human resources duties such as recruitment and payroll.
• Drivethe continuous improvement of services, policies, and programs to ensure long-term operational excellence and standardization.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
• Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.

Work Experience:

• 5 years of experience required.
• 10 years of experience preferred.
• 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
• 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What additional requirements you'll need

• MHA, MBA, or MSN Preferred
• Cath Lab and EP Experience
