We're launching an affiliate network of golf-industry insiders who refer qualified entrepreneurs into Mastermind19. Each affiliate earns $2,000 for every person they refer who becomes a member. The incentive is already there. The submissions are already coming in. We need a leader to onboard these affiliates, fire them up, and turn that incentive into action.
THE ROLE This is not a desk job. It's a people job. Your mission is simple to say and hard to do: get every affiliate active fast, and keep them active.
The data is clear — an affiliate who does nothing in their first two weeks is as good as gone. Your job is to make sure that never happens.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Call every new affiliate the moment they sign up — onboard them, walk them through the system, and get them fired up to start.
- Build and run a tight first-14-day activation cadence so nobody goes dark.
- Coach affiliates on how to prospect and refer entrepreneurs through social media and their everyday networks.
- Keep the entire network engaged, motivated, and producing month after month.
- Lead from the front — you are the energy, the accountability, and the face of the program to every affiliate.
WHO YOU ARE
- You come from life insurance, door-to-door, or a similar high-volume sales world where you grown a team and led them to close at an elite level.
- You know how to take a large group of 1099 reps and get them moving — fast.
- You're equal parts motivator and operator: you bring the energy AND you run a disciplined follow-up system. Hype without follow-through won't keep 300 people active.
- You're self-driven. This is full-time and 1099 — nobody is managing your calendar for you.
- Golf-industry experience is a strong plus.
COMPENSATION
- OTE of $500,000 in year one — uncapped.
- The better your network produces, the more you make. There is no ceiling.
