Director, Advanced Site Connectivity Solutions (Industrial & Heavy Equipment)

Preferred Background: Industrial, Construction, Mining, Energy, or Heavy Equipment Industries

We are seeking a strategic technology leader to drive the vision, architecture, and delivery of advanced connectivity solutions that enable intelligent, connected operations across industrial and customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for site connectivity solutions including Private LTE/5G, Wi-Fi, Satellite Networks, Edge Computing, and IoT/Telemetry.
• Oversee end-to-end solution architecture, platform integration, and large-scale deployments.
• Manage a portfolio of connectivity initiatives, ensuring delivery excellence, governance, and business value.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
• Support customer engagements and solutions for complex environments such as construction, mining, and industrial sites.
• Drive innovation, agile delivery, cybersecurity compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field.
• Strong experience with connectivity infrastructure, digital platforms, or connected-site solutions.
• Expertise in 5G/Private LTE, Wi-Fi, Satellite, Edge Computing, and Digital Infrastructure.
• Proven leadership of large-scale programs, distributed teams, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Preferred

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Industrial, construction, mining, energy, or heavy equipment industry experience.
• Edge computing and connected-site architecture expertise.
• Agile, PMP, or related certifications.
