Hiring for a Digital Video Production Designer, long term contract, Monday- Friday, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities include:
Edit branded video content for digital, social, and campaign use using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring strong storytelling, pacing, and visual polish, with a strong understanding of social-first and campaign video best practices across platforms such as Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and YouTube.
Design and produce dynamic digital assets including display ads, paid media units, social media graphics, and web assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Create original layouts using typography, photography, illustration, and motion, while adhering to established brand systems, with an emphasis on motion-first design for social and online video environments.
Work closely with Art Directors to animate and enhance video content with titles, supers, and simple motion graphics; experience in Adobe After Effects preferred.
Maintain a strong sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy across both motion and static deliverables, tailored to platform-specific consumption behaviors (e.g., sound-off, vertical viewing).
Manage revisions efficiently, incorporating feedback while maintaining creative integrity and production timelines.
Organize, update, and archive video and design files to ensure efficient version control and asset accessibility.
Stay current on evolving platform capabilities, creative trends, and performance best practices, and share key learnings and industry standards with the wider team.
Collaborate with external vendors, photographers, and partners as needed to support content creation.
Support DAM workflows by uploading, tagging, and organizing assets to maintain consistency and usability across teams.
Requirements:
Ability to go onsite 3-4 days per week
Must be a proficient user in the following: Working knowledge of HTML for building and troubleshooting web ads, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro
