About the Role
In this role you are critical in contributing to the success of the Creative Production team as a Digital Production Artist. You are a team player able to work collaboratively with Creative Production team members, eCommerce and other cross functional partners to deliver high-quality photography assets to help drive site conversion and meet business objectives. As a Digital Production Artist, you will be charged with file prep and optimization of photography files within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. In this role, you are passionate about producing high caliber work that delivers against Pottery Barn’s photography standards down to the smallest detail.
Responsibilities
Prep, optimize, organize, upload high-volume product assets.
Manage asset configuration and page builds within internal content management system.
Conduct QA testing on an ongoing basis and for seasonal launches.
Monitor website and resolve issues.
Anticipate workload challenges. Maintain communication with digital partners ensuring timely file deliveries.
Criteria
You have 2+ years of experience working on a digital asset production team for an eCommerce brand
You have advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Exel; Fluency in Adobe XD and Invision a plus
You possess outstanding organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
You adapt to changing timelines and deliverables.
This role requires being onsite in the San Francisco office Monday through Thursday and Friday as optional in the office

The expected starting pay range for this position is $34.65 - $37.98/hr. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
