Digital Product Manager (Hybrid – Orlando, FL)

Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment brand, is seeking a Digital Product Manager to support digital marketing initiatives for large-scale events and seasonal campaigns. This role will focus on bringing digital campaigns to life for high-profile experiences! You will act as a key liaison across marketing, operations, and legal teams, translating business needs into actionable plans and ensuring seamless execution of digital content that drives guest engagement and purchase behavior.

  • Experience leveraging data, including A/B testing and performance metrics, to optimize digital experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines and multiple priorities effectively.
  • Nice to have: experience in hospitality, entertainment, or large-scale consumer-facing environments.

  • Lead digital content launches and marketing initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Translate stakeholder requests into clear requirements, tasks, and deliverables for cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate across marketing, operations, and legal to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaigns.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and project plans to keep initiatives on track.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting efforts related to digital campaigns.
  • Analyze performance data and user behavior to inform optimizations and improve engagement.
  • Drive digital experiences that support top-of-funnel engagement and guide guests toward booking and purchasing.
