- Execute digital campaigns across paid/owned channels
- Manage Meta, Google Ads, and social platforms
- Optimize website, landing pages, and email flows
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle campaigns
- Analyze performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, conversion, traffic)
- Recommend data-driven campaign optimizations
- Coordinate with product, medical, regulatory, and sales teams
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and freelancers
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking
- Prepare performance reports and growth insights
- 2+ years digital/performance marketing experience required
- Experience in beauty, wellness, or healthcare preferred
