Job Title: Digital Junior Account Executive

Position Overview
We are seeking a driven Junior Account Executive with a strong interest in digital growth and data-driven selling to support our wholesale and e-commerce business at G-III Apparel Group. This role is ideal for someone who understands the evolving retail landscape and is eager to contribute to sales growth by leveraging digital insights, optimizing assortments, and supporting growing account relationships. The position combines showroom execution with analytical responsibilities, with a focus on driving performance across e-commerce channels, including hands-on exposure to managing a COM business.
Digital Growth & COM Business Management
- Support day-to-day management of COM business across accounts, including tracking performance and maintaining product assortments
- Analyze COM performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth
- Monitor key digital KPIs including conversion rate, traffic, average order value (AOV), and sell-through
- Assist in optimizing product performance through pricing, assortment depth, merchandising, and promotional strategies
- Partner with accounts to identify opportunities to expand digital business and improve online visibility
Store Merchandising & COM Synergy
- Partner with merchandising teams to ensure alignment between in-store presentation and COM assortment strategy
- Support the development of cohesive assortments that reflect both physical retail trends and digital demand
- Identify opportunities to create synergy between store merchandising and COM by leveraging best-selling styles, regional preferences, and customer insights
- Use data insights to inform merchandising decisions that drive both in-store and COM sales performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and planning teams to align on product strategy
- Support forecasting and demand planning through data insights
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies with a digital-first and omnichannel mindset
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in fashion sales, wholesale, e-commerce, or retail analytics
- Experience supporting or managing a COM (e-commerce) business, including familiarity with digital merchandising and performance tracking
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic modeling)
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify, or similar platforms)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in fashion, consumer behavior, and digital commerce

Compensation & Benefits: Salary range: $70,000 – $80,000 Annually
