Digital Analyst
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
True Religion is an urban casual lifestyle brand focused on high-quality denim, activewear, accessories, and more—for men, women, and kids. Founded in 2002, we shook up the Los Angeles denim scene by re-engineering the classic five-pocket jean with our signature Super T Stitch and iconic horseshoe detailing—now synonymous with bold, unapologetic style and the True Religion legacy. Driven by a relentless commitment to craftsmanship, we design with one goal in mind: to stand out from the crowd. We don’t just create denim—we give it attitude, authenticity, and individuality.
THE PURPOSE:
True Religion is looking for a sharp, data-driven Digital Analyst to join our growing Analytics team. This role exists to make our data work harder - turning the numbers behind our digital business into clear, confident decisions that drive real outcomes across e-commerce, marketing, and customer experience. You’ll own the dashboards and analysis our teams depend on, partner across functions to ensure data quality and consistency, and bring the kind of curiosity that goes beyond pulling a number—asking why it matters and what we should do next.
THE ROLE (what you are accountable for):
- Own and evolve our Tableau dashboards, giving e-commerce, marketing, and merchandising teams real-time visibility into the metrics that drive our business.
- Define and maintain KPIs across platforms—validating data sources, ensuring consistency, and being the person others trust when they question a number.
- Track and report on core performance indicators, including conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, and cart abandonment, and proactively flag anything that warrants attention.
- Dig into the full digital funnel—landing pages, PDPs, checkout, campaigns—to find friction, spot opportunity, and quantify the impact of what we test and launch.
- Translate complex data into stories that actually land with non-technical stakeholders across merchandising, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
- Support the BI team in exploring and piloting AI-powered analytics tools as we continue building out our data capabilities.
YOU ARE:
You’re at home in a spreadsheet and in a room full of stakeholders. You know your way around Tableau and SQL, but what sets you apart is your ability to move from data to insight to action—without losing the thread. You’re organized, communicative, and genuinely curious about what the numbers are telling you. In a brand like True Religion, where everything moves fast and everything matters, you’re the person who keeps the team honest and keeps the business informed.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- 2–3 years of experience in digital analytics, e-commerce analytics, or digital marketing analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and the ability to work independently with large datasets
- Advanced Excel skills—pivot tables, complex formulas, and comfort manipulating raw data
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards in a BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- Experience with a web analytics platform such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Amplitude
- Strong communicator who can present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Hands-on experience with Tableau specifically
- Background in Google Analytics or a similar digital analytics platform
- Prior experience in retail, fashion, or a direct-to-consumer brand
