💵 $35–$37/hour | Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Dietitian to join a community-based organization focused on improving nutrition access and health outcomes. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working directly with clients, providing education, and connecting individuals to critical food and healthcare resources.

Key Responsibilities

🩺 Assessment & Care Planning

• Conduct nutrition screenings, assessments, and reassessments
• Verify client eligibility, including income-based qualifications
• Develop individualized nutrition care plans and meal plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans to support goal achievement

🤝 Referrals, Resources & Education

• Connect clients to food resources, community programs, and healthcare services
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to support healthy lifestyle changes
• Plan and lead workshops and group education sessions on health and nutrition topics

📊 Program Support & Quality Assurance

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Track services delivered and support data collection on client outcomes
• Assist with program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives
• Prepare monthly, bi-annual, and annual reports on service delivery

🧾 Additional Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate timekeeping and documentation in internal systems
• Support overall program operations and team initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN)
• Open to new grads / newly licensed candidates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and think creatively to solve problems
