We’re hiring an experienced Lead Tractor / Diesel Technician to join a well-established agricultural equipment service operation in Gainesville, TX.
This role is ideal for someone who can diagnose and repair equipment independently—not just replace parts, but identify root causes and fix issues efficiently.
What You’ll Work On
- Tractors and agricultural equipment
- Hay and forage equipment (balers, mowers, etc.)
- Implements and attachments
- Hydraulic systems
- Electrical systems and wiring faults
- PTO systems and drivetrains
- Diesel engines
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with Agricultural/Farm equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical issues independently
- Experience working on or exposure to brands such as:
- Massey Ferguson
- AGCO equipment
- John Deere / Case IH (or similar)
- Krone or other hay equipment (preferred)
- Comfortable working in a shop-based, hands-on environment
- Own tools and ability to work with minimal supervision
