  • As a Die Finishing Specialist Leader, you will: Assure that assignments, as directed by the supervisor, are made to other workers in such a manner that the continuity of operations is maintained. Plan daily work schedules, determine priorities, and coordinate assignments concerning material and equipment. Pass on to other workers the instructions received from supervisor.

Requirements

All employees must wear face masks while on MINT property when required by CDC and Federal guidelines. All newly appointed employees to the competitive (or excepted) service are subject to a probationary (or trial) period. During this time, your performance, conduct, and suitability for continued employment will be evaluated. Shift Work: This facility operates on a 24 hour per day, three-shift basis. Assignment to a specific shift cannot be guaranteed.
