Role Mission
We are looking for a high-impact, ambitious professional with a "can-do" attitude to spearhead our digital presence within the US market. As the Digital Coordinator for Tier 2 Retailers (Nordstrom, Kohls, Belk, Dillards, Bloomingdales), you will balance tactical oversight with strategic ownership for your assigned accounts. You will directly support the Digital Manager in expanding the US digital business while independently managing your own portfolio of Tier 2 retailers. This is a role for a self-starter who thrives on challenges, is eager to redefine e-commerce excellence in the prestige beauty space, and is motivated to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnership & Account Ownership
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the strategic reference point for the Global team and US regional distributors regarding all digital business opportunities for Tier 2 retailers.
- Guardian of Execution: Own the digital retroplanning and delivery calendar, ensuring all product launches are executed flawlessly and on schedule for your assigned retailers.
2. Site Merchandising & Platform Excellence
- Content Lifecycle Management: Oversee the deployment of content (PDPs, Brand Rooms) for Tier 2 websites, ensuring perfect synchronization with sales/media calendars and adherence to Global Guidelines. Provide operational support to the Digital Manager for Tier 1 retailer tasks.
- Asset Support: Support the organization, preparation, and upload of digital assets across retailer platforms (PDPs, Brand Rooms, Retail Media Network). Be the Main POC for our Creative Development agency and work closely with Media and Digital Managers to gather all the required requests.
- Innovation & UX: Collaborate with Retailers and Sales teams to spearhead projects focused on UX and conversion, including Ratings & Reviews, Virtual Try-Ons, guided selling tools, and enriched product pages.
- Digital Development: Implement a "Best-In-Class" approach for Tier 2 Retailers to optimize UX across all touchpoints, including PDPs, Brand Rooms, and on-site search.
- Deliverables Coordination: Ensure that all deadlines are met, including third parties and internal due dates for product launches (assets, copies), updates, campaigns submission and more.
- Ratings & Reviews: Execute Ratings & Reviews campaigns by aligning internally with cross-functional partners and briefing the vendor in a timely manner.
3. Analytics, Experimentation & 360° Alignment
- Market Intelligence: Conduct regular deep-dives into competitor performance and digital trends to identify white-space growth opportunities.
- Visibility Tracking: Audit organic and paid visibility for launches to assess ROI and e-commerce penetration, collaborating closely with Digital Sales and Paid Media teams.
- Full-Funnel Experimentation: Drive a culture of testing and learning to optimize the user journey.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales, Paid Media, PR, CRM, and Trade teams to ensure a unified "360-degree" digital approach for every campaign.
4. Dolce&Gabbana Beauty Website
- Launch Synchronization: Coordinate the global launch calendar to ensure full consistency with retailer-specific launch dates.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ongoing analysis of competitor offerings and tactics to enhance the website and purchase experience (e.g., messaging, luxury packaging, and UX).
5. Team Leadership & Operational Management
- · Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop the Digital Intern (shared resource), ensuring high standards of execution.
- · Culture of Excellence: Foster a resilient, proactive team environment focused on professional growth and flawless delivery.
Requirements & Skills
- 3–5 years in Digital Marketing or E-commerce, ideally within luxury beauty. Prior experience in team management or intern supervision is preferred.·
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital Marketing, or Communication (Master’s degree is a plus).
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude is essential. You must be a resilient problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ambition to advance into senior leadership.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining rigorous attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Merchandising and Digital Sales; prior experience in a dedicated E-commerce Sales role is a significant plus.
- High capacity for data synthesis and a deep understanding of online retailer dynamics and the beauty market.
- Proficiency in Syndigo, Bazaarvoice, and HomeTesterClub. Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a distinct advantage
