sOperational Excellence: Maintain high system availability and performance, troubleshooting production issues, and Managing Incident and Change Management (RCA)
.Automation & Engineering: Reduce "toil" by writing scripts (Python, Go, Bash) and developing tools for monitoring, testing, and automating system refreshes and patching
.Cloud Infrastructure (BTP): Lead administration of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), includin
gCloud Foundry, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), and Edge Integration Cell. · Security Compliance: Coordinate security validation, Hacker Simulations, and ensure secure deliveries according to SAP standards. · Team Leadership: Lead support specialists, define SLIs/SLOs, and collaborate with development teams to implement improvements
