Job Summary Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Annual Giving & Individual Gifts Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Volunteers of America Oregon’s annual giving program while cultivating a defined portfolio of individual donors and prospects to increase annual philanthropic support. This position blends broad-based donor engagement strategies with relationship-driven fundraising. The role leads traditional annual fund efforts, including direct mail, digital appeals, and social engagement, while also managing a portfolio of donors with capacity to grow their giving through intentional cultivation and stewardship. This role plays a critical role in strengthening VOA Oregon’s individual donor pipeline and long-term sustainability.
