Development Analyst
All Day Retail (ADR) | Minnetonka, MN | Full-Time
About ADR
All Day Retail is a single-tenant net lease development and investment firm focused on ground-up retail development with national credit tenants. We source sites, control land, negotiate leases, structure capital, and deliver completed projects, from first call to tenant open. We operate nationally based on retailer demand and run every deal through a disciplined process built for scale.
The Role
We’re hiring a Development Analyst to coordinate and execute across our active deal pipeline. This is not a back-office analytics role. You’ll be in the middle of live deals, working directly with brokers, attorneys, our Capital Markets team, and construction, driving the coordination that moves deals from signed land LOI through tenant open.
This is a hands-on role on a small, high-output team with a clear path to expanded responsibility. You’ll have direct access to senior leadership and exposure to deals with national retailers.
Note: Depending on experience level, this role may be filled as a Development Associate.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate across brokers, attorneys, transaction managers, capital markets, and construction to keep all parties aligned on terms, timing, and economics through the lease execution phase
- Participate in lease negotiation and broker calls alongside the Partners; prepare deal status, open items, and ADR's position in advance of every outbound communication
- Review incoming redlines (tenant LOIs, leases, PSAs) and prepare a summary of key changes for the Partners
- Build and maintain deal-specific development schedules, including research into city meeting cadences, site plan submittal deadlines, entitlement review timelines, and approval sequences; keep schedules current as dates shift
- Maintain current deal status, deal file documentation, and entitlement filings across all active deals, keeping systems organized, current, and accessible so the deal team is never searching for information
- Travel as needed for city meetings, tenant/broker meetings, and site visits
Who You Are
If you’ve spent 1 to 3 years in commercial real estate or a related field and you’re looking for a role where you’re in the middle of live deals coordinating across multiple parties from day one, this is worth a conversation. What matters is that you can manage complexity across multiple stakeholders, stay organized under pressure, and communicate clearly when deal terms are moving.
People in this role have come from backgrounds in:
- CRE development, investment sales, tenant rep or landlord rep brokerage
- Commercial lending or capital markets analyst
- Civil engineering
- Corporate real estate

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial real estate or a related field (development, brokerage, tenant rep, lending, or related)
- Ability to manage multiple external parties and competing timelines simultaneously with high attention to detail
- Strong AI and Excel literacy including proformas, deal underwriting, and scenario analysis
- Working understanding of commercial lease structures and purchase/sale agreements
- Strong written and oral communication. You’ll be coordinating across brokers, attorneys, and internal teams daily

Why ADR
