We are seeking a talented Detailer to join our dynamic team. As a Detailer, you will be responsible for drafting and designing a diverse range of structural steel, miscellaneous steel, and sheet metal items, as well as piping and piping systems for various industrial sectors including heavy industrial, manufacturing, food processing, and distribution. You will utilize Inventor for 3D design and AutoCAD for 2D design, supporting both our metal fabrication shop and construction departments. This role involves developing detailed drawings, dimensions, and part lists for custom fabricated parts, while also assisting with field measurements when needed.
Responsibilities
The work environment is fast-paced, requiring quick turnaround designs, sometimes within 24 hours. You will spend 90% of your time at the computer designing and drafting projects, with the remaining 10% potentially visiting customer sites. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
