Now Hiring: IT Support Specialist

We’re looking for a hands‑on IT Support professional who enjoys helping users, solving problems, and keeping technology running smoothly. This role supports daily IT operations, maintains user hardware, and provides desktop and application support to ensure employees are fully equipped to work effectively.

You’ll work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, deploy and maintain laptops and peripherals, respond to help desk tickets, and provide training to end users. This position plays an important role in delivering excellent service and contributing to a professional, customer‑focused organization.

✅ What you’ll do

• Support end users with hardware, software, and desktop applications
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, printers, and accessories
• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to move issues to resolution
• Provide training and guidance to users on IT systems and tools
• Travel locally as needed to support users and replace equipment

✅ What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience in IT help desk, systems support, hardware deployment, and/or data center support
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn new technology and train end users
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and personal computer support
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure
