Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer (Senior / Level 3)

Contract: 12 months contract with extension

Location : Downers Grove, Illinois- 60515

Position : Onsite

Overview

You will provide advanced IT desktop and end-user support in an enterprise environment, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and collaboration tools.

This is a senior-level support role (L3) where you will also help coordinate small IT tasks and support business users directly.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 desktop / end-user IT support
• Troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and iOS devices
• Support hardware, software, network connectivity issues
• Handle VOIP, telephony, and audio/video conferencing systems
• Support enterprise IT infrastructure and user environments
• Work closely with IT teams and business users
• Maintain service quality and resolve issues within SLA timelines
• Assist in coordinating IT support tasks and small projects

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of desktop / end-user IT support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS + Microsoft Office
• Experience supporting Mac / iOS devices
• Basic understanding of network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, connectivity)
• Experience with VOIP / video conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Driver’s License required

Nice to Have

• Experience in enterprise IT environment
• Exposure to ServiceNow or ticketing tools
• Experience with field support or deskside support
• ITIL knowledge
