Position Overview:

We’re seeking a highly skilled Desktop Engineer with strong customer service and VIP support experience. The ideal candidate combines exceptional technical troubleshooting abilities with professional communication skills to deliver a seamless technology experience for executives and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced end-user support for Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Deliver VIP/executive-level support, ensuring minimal downtime and a white-glove experience.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and create new user groups within Active Directory and M365.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Assist Tier 1/2 technicians with escalations and share best practices.
  • Maintain clear documentation and procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT experience in desktop or end-user support roles.
  • Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Windows, and macOS environments.
  • Proficiency with Active Directory, user/group management, and identity access controls.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and endpoint management tools.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
  • HDI Desktop Advanced Support Technician
