About the Team
In Product Design, we drive and manage sample development from concept through to production, working hand-in-hand with Design, Technical Design, Merchants, and Sourcing team members.
About the Role
As a Nursery & Seasonal Textiles Designer, you will support the development of new product lines across seasonal launches, ensuring designs reflect current trends, brand aesthetic, and business objectives. You will actively participate in product development meetings and serve as a key communicator between cross-functional partners, including agents, merchants, sourcing, and color teams. In collaboration with Senior Management, you will help ensure all deadlines and critical calendar milestones are met.
Beyond design execution, you will partner closely with the Director and Head Design Manager to support team collaboration, workflow efficiency, and overall project alignment.
The ideal candidate brings a strong design aesthetic, relevant experience in textile or product design, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. A passion for product development, combined with a hands-on approach to physical presentation and sample setup, is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Work closely with overseas merchants and vendors to develop product with key deadlines top of mind and ensuring all samples are deliver for key presentations.

This role requires being onsite in the San Francisco office

Domestic and overseas experience collaborating with factories, understanding price adjustment to reflect brand aesthetic

The expected starting pay range for this position is $80.000 - $85,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
