Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hartland, WI, for a Cabinetry Designer/Inside Sales professional. Responsibilities include creating 20/20 Design Flex cad design, specializing in kitchen and bath cabinetry, and effectively communicating design options to clients. The role involves working closely with builders and home owners to understand their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales by guiding clients through the purchasing process. You will collaborate with team members to develop solutions that meet client preferences and expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in detailed Cabinetry Design, with a specialization in Kitchen & Bath.
• 20/20 Design Flex cab experience is a must.
• Proficiency in Sales and the ability to achieve targets by understanding customer needs
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide a positive client experience
• Ability to work collaboratively alone and with a team and manage multiple projects effectively
• Previous experience in design or sales roles is mandatory
