We are seeking a highly skilled design professional with expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator to join our studio. The Design Studio Associate collaborates with design and production teams to develop and execute exceptional custom projects. This role blends creativity with precision—you’ll engage with leading interior designers and architects, translate design visions into technical renderings, and contribute to new collections that embody Kyle Bunting’s distinctive aesthetic.

• An expert in Adobe Illustrator — fast, precise, and deeply fluent in vector-based design
• A designer with exceptional taste and a refined eye for color, composition, and detail
• Comfortable operating in a high-expectation, fast-paced luxury environment
• A clear communicator who can confidently engage with sophisticated clients and design teams
• Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable
• Both creative and analytical — able to solve complex design problems with precision

• Create highly detailed, production-ready vector designs in Illustrator
• Translate client concepts into custom, technically executable designs
• Collaborate directly with top-tier interior designers and architects
• Develop renderings, layouts, and colorways with exacting accuracy
• Participate in sampling, color matching, and material development
• Contribute to collection development and conceptual exploration
• Support product engineering and ensure designs meet production standards
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining absolute attention to detail

• Advanced / expert-level Adobe Illustrator skills (non-negotiable)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating precision, creativity, and technical execution
• Exceptional color sensitivity and aesthetic judgment
• Strong mathematical and spatial reasoning abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience in interior design, textile design, or related fields preferred
• Degree in a design-related discipline is a plus
