We have partnered with an innovative robotics and wireless communications company that develops advanced RF connectivity solutions for drones, autonomous systems, and mission-critical operations worldwide.


As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a Creative Director / Design Lead to own and elevate their visual identity across all customer-facing channels. This is a unique opportunity to shape the creative direction of a business operating at the forefront of robotics, autonomy, and next-generation communications technology.


This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic creative direction with day-to-day design execution. You'll be responsible for building a world-class brand, leading creative initiatives across product launches and marketing campaigns, and translating complex technical concepts into compelling visual stories.


Key Responsibilities


Brand Leadership & Creative Direction

  • Own and evolve the company's visual identity, brand guidelines, and design systems.
  • Establish and maintain creative standards across all marketing and communications materials.
  • Ensure a consistent and high-quality brand experience across digital, content, product, and event channels.


Campaigns & Product Marketing

  • Lead creative development for marketing campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to create impactful visual storytelling.
  • Design digital experiences that drive engagement, awareness, and conversion.


Design & Content Creation

  • Design website pages, landing pages, and digital assets.
  • Produce high-quality collateral including:
  • Datasheets
  • Whitepapers
  • eBooks
  • Presentations
  • Case studies
  • Technical illustrations
  • Webinar and event materials
  • Simplify complex technical concepts through clear and engaging visual communication.


Creative Operations

  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and creative vendors when required.
  • Develop scalable templates and workflows that improve efficiency while maintaining design quality.
  • Support cross-functional teams with creative expertise across multiple initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of design experience with a portfolio demonstrating both creative leadership and hands-on execution.
  • Proven experience building and managing visual identity systems and brand standards.
  • Strong ability to translate technical or B2B subject matter into compelling visual content.
  • Experience producing a wide range of B2B marketing assets including digital advertising, web design, landing pages, whitepapers, webinars, events, and design systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience leading creative for integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently present creative concepts to senior stakeholders.


Preferred Experience

  • Background in robotics, RF technology, wireless communications, aerospace, defense, autonomous systems, or related technology sectors.
  • Technical illustration, product visualization, or systems-diagram experience.
  • Motion graphics, video production, or photography direction experience.
  • Trade show, exhibition, or event branding experience.
