As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a Creative Director / Design Lead to own and elevate their visual identity across all customer-facing channels. This is a unique opportunity to shape the creative direction of a business operating at the forefront of robotics, autonomy, and next-generation communications technology.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic creative direction with day-to-day design execution. You'll be responsible for building a world-class brand, leading creative initiatives across product launches and marketing campaigns, and translating complex technical concepts into compelling visual stories.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Leadership & Creative Direction
- Own and evolve the company's visual identity, brand guidelines, and design systems.
- Establish and maintain creative standards across all marketing and communications materials.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality brand experience across digital, content, product, and event channels.
Campaigns & Product Marketing
- Lead creative development for marketing campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to create impactful visual storytelling.
- Design digital experiences that drive engagement, awareness, and conversion.
Design & Content Creation
- Design website pages, landing pages, and digital assets.
- Produce high-quality collateral including:
- Datasheets
- Whitepapers
- eBooks
- Presentations
- Case studies
- Technical illustrations
- Webinar and event materials
- Simplify complex technical concepts through clear and engaging visual communication.
Creative Operations
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and creative vendors when required.
- Develop scalable templates and workflows that improve efficiency while maintaining design quality.
- Support cross-functional teams with creative expertise across multiple initiatives.

Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of design experience with a portfolio demonstrating both creative leadership and hands-on execution.
- Proven experience building and managing visual identity systems and brand standards.
- Strong ability to translate technical or B2B subject matter into compelling visual content.
- Experience producing a wide range of B2B marketing assets including digital advertising, web design, landing pages, whitepapers, webinars, events, and design systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience leading creative for integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently present creative concepts to senior stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
- Background in robotics, RF technology, wireless communications, aerospace, defense, autonomous systems, or related technology sectors.
- Technical illustration, product visualization, or systems-diagram experience.
- Motion graphics, video production, or photography direction experience.
- Trade show, exhibition, or event branding experience.
