Client Engagement & Sales Generation: The Design Consultant is curious, entrepreneurial, and driven and should develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Natuzzi - products.Using product information and design knowledge, this person will highlight and explain merchandise features and benefits t
- o clients.This position requires an ability to identify customer needs and problem solve, to understand and explain product features and
- benefits.The Design Consultant will prospect new business on a regular basis utilizing company programs
- and tools.The Design Consultant will help customers in a courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely interest
- ed manner.This person will have outreach and constant contact with our Trade Partners including realtors, architects and interior
- designers.This person will meet or exceed personal and store sa
- les goals.The Design Consultant will expand the customer's connection to the Natuzzi brand as well as expand the clients vision through suggesting additional items based on assessing custo
- mer needs.This person should be comfortable closing the sale, writing a quote and following up with
- customer.The Design Consultant will communicate opportunities in a positive timely manner and enter the clients' orders according to company policy and
- procedure.This person should demonstrate an enthusiasm f
or design.

Previous experience or education in either luxury home furnishings industry, interior design, sales or architect - ure preferred.Capacity to use and promote sales tools to support sales (
