We are seeking a skilled and collaborative leader to guide staff, strengthen partnerships across justice and treatment systems, and ensure consistent, high-quality program delivery.
In this role, you will supervise and mentor project coordinators and therapeutic court staff, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development support. You will play a key role in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding, while fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
You will lead case consultations with probation officers and treatment providers, offering guidance on complex cases and supporting decisions around incentives, sanctions, and individualized case planning grounded in evidence-based practices. Your work will help ensure effective, coordinated responses that drive meaningful behavior change.
You will collaborate with courts, treatment providers, and partner agencies to strengthen communication, resolve challenges, and align services with participant needs. You will also support quality assurance efforts through case reviews, site visits, and data-informed improvements to maintain fidelity to best practices.
Additionally, you will contribute to program operations, statewide coordination, training delivery, and strategic initiatives that enhance and expand therapeutic court services.

The Work Hours
Full-time court employees are currently scheduled to work 37.5 hours per week. The work hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break.

Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, social work, psychology, vocational rehabilitation, education, criminal justice, or a closely related field AND two years of experience directly supervising staff AND at least one year of professional experience in therapeutic courts, criminal justice, or behavioral health.
OR
Any combination of education and/or progressively responsible professional experience in therapeutic courts, criminal justice, behavioral health, or a closely related field that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position AND two years of experience directly supervising staff AND at least one year of professional experience in therapeutic courts, criminal justice, or behavioral health.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR FOREIGN EDUCATION
Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the minimum qualifications listed above. If utilizing this education, you must show that the education credentials have been submitted to a private organization that specializes in the interpretation of foreign educational credentials and that such education has been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education programs; or an accredited U.S. post-secondary institution reports the other institution as one whose transcript is given full value, or full value is given in subject areas applicable to the curricula at the post-secondary institution. It is your responsibility to provide such evidence when applying.
SELECTION PROCEDURE
