Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all placement-related activities for the School.
Build and maintain relationships with industry partners at national and international levels.
Secure competitive roles and profiles for students in line with top B-School benchmarks.
Formulate and implement placement policies in coordination with the Dean/Director.
Strengthen internships, live projects, industry visits, and guest lectures.
Oversee development of placement brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
Conduct company visits for student placements and program promotion.
Develop industry interface for training programs, CEO series, and corporate collaborations.
Ensure continuous engagement with recruiters and long-term partnerships.
Educational Qualifications
MBA (2-year full-time) from a leading national or international management school.
Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent GPA from a recognized university
Professional Certifications
Relevant certifications in HR, Marketing, or Talent Management will be an added advantage.
Professional Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in industry/corporate organizations.
Minimum 4–5 years at middle management level in Marketing or HR.
Experience in the education or service sector will be preferred
