We’re growing, and we’re looking for the right Dental Assistant (RDA) to grow with us.

We’re looking for an assistant who wants more than just a routine role.

In this position, you will:

• Support the doctor efficiently during procedures
• Help create a smooth, organized, and productive clinical flow
• Build strong relationships with patients and make them feel comfortable
• Reinforce treatment plans and help patients understand next steps
• Be part of a team that values efficiency, quality, and patient experience
• Have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the practice expands

This is a role where your contribution directly impacts both the patient experience and the success of the office.

Step 1: Clinical Excellence
Master assisting, patient flow, and delivering a high-quality patient experience.

Step 2: Team Influence
Help improve systems, train newer assistants, and support overall office efficiency.

Step 3: Leadership Opportunity
Step into a Lead Assistant or Clinical Coordinator role, helping manage the back office, oversee systems, and take ownership of performance, with a significant increase in compensation.

• ($22–$32/hr) (Negotiable based on experience)
• Bonus opportunities tied to performance and growth

• DANB Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)
• X-Ray License (Limited Dental Radiologic Technologist license)
