Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
- $22–$38 per hour, depending on experience
- Lead role eligible for up to $40 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist the surgeon during oral surgery procedures from setup to completion
- Prepare patients and monitor vitals throughout treatment
- Take and develop X-rays and 3D scans for diagnostics
- Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols
- Organize instruments, materials, and operatory flow
For Candidates Interested in a Lead Role
- Help oversee daily clinical operations and team workflow
- Support and guide clinical staff to maintain efficiency and quality care
- Bring strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in oral surgery or a strong dental assisting background
- Familiarity with implants preferred
- Team player with a positive, patient-first attitude
- Leadership experience or interest in growth (for Lead role)
