As the Demand Planner, you will be joining a fast-growing manufacturer to own the end-to-end demand planning capability. You will play a crucial role in how the organization plans, aligns, and executes across Sales, Operations, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly and quarterly demand forecasting processes across Retail and DTC channels
• Partner with Sales and Operations team to lead monthly consensus forecast process
• Work with Purchasing and Operations team to translate demand plans into supply and purchase order requirements
• Monitor inventory, inbound supply, and forecast accuracy to early identify any opportunities or risks
• Act as a member of the SIOP process
• Support the implementation of BlueRidge Demand Planning software

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory planning within a consumer products environment
• Experience supporting retail and DTC channels
• Experience with demand planning software required, experience with Blue Ridge preferred
• Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred
