• Lead, train, schedule, and supervise Service Deli associates to ensure appropriate staffing and strong performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, positive experience for every customer.
• Plan and oversee daily food production, inventory levels, and product availability.
• Prepare, merchandise, and maintain high‑quality hot and cold deli items, displays, and cases.
• Address and resolve customer questions or concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Operate and oversee the use of deli equipment, including slicers, scales, and food preparation tools.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, temperature controls, and weights and measures regulations.
• Manage ordering, stocking, rotation, and presentation of deli products.
• Support sales through product knowledge, sampling, and promotion of deli offerings.

  • Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout a work shift
  • Ability to safely lift, push, and pull deli products and equipment
  Educational Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  Travel Requirements
  • No regular travel required
  Other Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Successful completion of required food safety and company certification tests
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Regular and dependable attendance
  • Compliance with company uniform, grooming, and conduct standards
