The Dedicated Field Agent is responsible for managing and servicing the companys assigned book of Medicare clients while fostering strong relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. This role focuses exclusively on servicing, renewing, and advising clients on Medicare-related products in compliance with CMS and company regulations. The Dedicated Field Agent does not engage in outside personal sales.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementManage and maintain the companys assigned book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their Medicare coverage needs and identify appropriate plan updates.Serve as the primary point of contact for Medicare-related questions, policy reviews, and service needs.Medicare Sales & Referral CoordinationAssist clients in navigating Medicare plans, ensuring compliance with CMS regulations and company policies.Identify opportunities where clients may benefit from life insurance, annuities, or other wealth-related products and refer those clients to the Wealth Team for consultation and product recommendations.Generate client referrals through excellent service and relationship-building within the assigned book of business.Fieldwork and Office ResponsibilitiesAttend client appointments, both in-person and virtually, to review policies and recommend Medicare-related solutions.Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in clients and company-referred clients.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, enrollments, and policy updates within the CRM system.Compliance and EthicsComply with all federal, state, CMS, and company regulations governing Medicare and health insurance products.Maintain proper licensing and continuing education requirements.Follow company policies regarding referrals and prohibited sales activities outside assigned responsibilities.Marketing and Client DevelopmentRepresent the company at approved community events, workshops, and client outreach programs focused on Medicare education.Collaborate with the marketing team to support client retention and Medicare-focused growth initiatives.Training and DevelopmentParticipate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on Medicare products, carrier changes, and regulatory updates.Contribute to a culture of professionalism and service excellence.Other Duties as AssignedAssist with special projects, as needed, to support the sales team and organizational objectives.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.State insurance license for life, health, and Medicare products required. (If not currently licensed, must be willing and able to obtain a Life and Health insurance license within a specified timeframe upon hire.)Understanding of Medicare plans, life insurance, and ancillary products preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).Demonstrated flexibility to adjust schedule outside of standard business hours as needed to serve client needs.Ability to travel locally for in-person client meetings, including periodic travel within the Warsaw and Fort Wayne regions.Physical DemandsFrequent sitting, standing, and walking, with travel to client appointments and events.Constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machineryConstant written, verbal and telephonic communication with others to exchange information.Frequent need to speak to groups of people.Constant ability to report in-person regularly and consistently at job site.Full-Time Compensation & BenefitsSalary: Base Salary + Commissions + BonusVacation: 15 days of paid vacation per year, in addition to standard company holidays401(k): You will be eligible for a 3% 401k contribution match after 1 year of employment.Health Benefits: You are eligible to enroll in the Companys medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
