Reporting to the Assistant Manager Casino Shift, the Table Games Dealer Trainee is hired to learn the table games business, starting with Blackjack and be able to pass the certification to promote to a Table Games dealer position.

Delivers great customer service by learning core games offered by the property in a friendly and helpful manner with an upbeat/positive attitude.
Learn how to demonstrates an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures
Learn how to deal games in accordance with internal controls and the New Jersey Division of Gaming regulations and company policy.
Able to learn applicable departmental dealer efficiency metrics.
Always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same
Responsible for learning the protection and control of the game.
Learn how to exchange currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets according to house rules in an accurate manner.
Support and always maintain property courtesy guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
