About the Role

Leaf & Palm Realty Corp. is an internationally acclaimed real estate brokerage specializing in luxury new development, resale and property management operations. We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual Bookkeeper/Deal Administrator to support our Luxury New Development & Resale team. This role involves overseeing daily bookkeeping and administrative tasks for the brokerage. The Bookkeeper/Deal Administrator will serve as a critical point of contact for agents and clients, ensuring all transactions are executed smoothly and efficiently.


Qualifications

  • Exceptional proficiency in Lone Wolf and related real estate software and tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle client inquiries and liaise with agents and stakeholders effectively
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and organizational tasks, including managing documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Comfortable with occasionally visiting offsite offices and events
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and an ability to work both independently and collaboratively


Working Conditions

Primarily office-based with occasional offsite events or office visits. Some schedule flexibility required during launches or deadlines.
