Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Daytime Restaurant Manager located in Santa Monica, CA. The responsibilities include managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing food and beverage preparation standards, coordinating staff schedules, and leading hiring and training initiatives. The role requires collaboration with team members to enhance guest satisfaction and maintain a smooth, efficient operation during daytime hours.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a top-tier guest experience
  • Proficiency in Hiring and staff management to recruit, train, and lead an effective team
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with team members, guests, and stakeholders
  • Experience in managing Food & Beverage operations, including quality control and compliance
  • Ability to multi-task, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and resolve challenges creatively
  • Previous management experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
